North Country Health Consortium Hosts CTI Kick-off Event in New Hampshire
On Thursday, June 1st, the North Country Health Consortium hosted a CTI kick-off event in Plymouth, New Hampshire – marking the launch of an effort to roll-out multiple CTI programs as part of the state’s DSRIP-funded Medicaid waiver program. CACTI Director Dan Herman presented an overview of the model and provided guidance on key implementation issues. In attendance were over fifty administrators, direct service providers and other key personnel from the NCHC network who will be trained on the model and plan to begin implementing it later this year throughout the state. CACTI will continue to provide training and technical assistance as the project develops.
