CTI Highlighted at American Round Table to Abolish Homelessness
CACTI director Dr. Daniel Herman spoke earlier this month as researchers, policymakers, and practitioners from around the country assembled at Harvard University for The Elements of Scaling: Composing the Solution, the third annual Next Practices national convening of the American Round Table to Abolish Homelessness. The conference, spearheaded by Round Table president and former national homeless policy czar Philip Mangano, focused on research, new opportunities to adopt evidence-based practices, and private and public investment prospects for ending homelessness. In addition to Dr. Herman, CACTI advisory board member Dr. Dennis Culhane of the University of Pennsylvania and the National Center on Homelessness among Veterans, spoke about current trends in homelessness among single adults.
